Learning Lab is an online learning platform offering interactive educational resources for learners of all ages in New Zealand. We provide lessons, quizzes, videos, and tools to support learning at your own pace.
Who can use Learning Lab?
Our platform is designed for employers, employees, and lifelong learners. The courses have been designed for business use and personal use. Learning Lab has resources to suit your needs.
How do I create an account?
To sign up, visit www.learninglab.co.nz and click on “Sign Up”. Follow the instructions to create your learner profile.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
No problem! Go to the login page and click “Forgot Password?”. You’ll receive an email or SMS with a link to reset your password.
How much does Learning Lab cost?
Some courses are free, while other content requires a pay by course or bulk pay. Check our Pricing page for current plans and offers.
Can I use Learning Lab on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Learning Lab is mobile-friendly and works on most smartphones and tablets via your web browser.
Is Learning Lab NZQA registered?
No. We prefer to offer direct, succinct and relevant materials and courses for Small to Medium businesses in NZ.

Do I need internet access to use Learning Lab?
Yes, you’ll need an internet connection to access our online resources. We recommend using a stable connection for the best experience.
Do I receive a certificate to show I have completed a course?
Yes. An electronic certificate is generated on the completion of your course. This will have the name details as entered in your learner profile. This cannot be changed.
