Refund Policy

Refunds at a Glance

Full refund if we cancel your course before you start.

Refunds if the course is not as described, has major faults, or you can’t access it due to our system errors (as covered under NZ law).

No refunds if you change your mind, don’t complete the course, or have technical issues outside our control (e.g. poor internet).

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days.

 
 Full Refund Policy

1. General Principles

As a New Zealand consumer, you are protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA) and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA).

We are not required to provide a refund if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong course, or fail to complete your course.

Refunds are provided where required under the CGA (for example, if the course is faulty, misrepresented, or not delivered as promised).

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be entitled to a refund if:

The course purchased is not delivered as described.

The content has major errors or is unavailable for a significant period.

You were misled by how the course was advertised.

There is a technical failure on our side that prevents you from accessing the course.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

You change your mind after purchase.

You do not engage with or complete the course.

You experience technical issues outside our control (e.g., poor internet connection, device incompatibility).

The course was purchased more than 14 days ago and is accessible as described.

 4. Refund Requests

·       All refund requests must be made in writing to info@artisan.net.nz within xx days of purchase.

·       Please include your name, order number, course title and reason for requesting a refund.

·       Approved funds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 – 15 working days.

5. Course Cancellations & Platform Issues

·       If Learning Lab NZ cancels a course before you have started, you will receive a full refund.

·       If a course is discontinued after purchase, you may be offered an alternative course of equal value or a refund.
